Our dropshipping programme is run through Syncee, the world’s first dropshipping marketplace. All you need to do is create an account and you can link our products to your store as well as other suppliers that use Syncee’s dropshipping platform.

Generally no. Dropshipping is typically not sustainable because products are shipped in small batches directly from the manufacturer. Manufacturers are normally located in China, meaning that every order is shipped thousands of miles by plane before reaching its final destination.

Our products are shipped from warehouses in the US, UK & EU. Meaning that your customer does not have to wait as long to receive their order and you can be safe in the knowledge that your orders aren’t crossing oceans before they reach your customers.
Additionally, we only ship using recycled kraft paper or cardboard packaging. No plastic, no chemicals. All of your eco dropshipping products will be delivered to your customers plastic-free.
Once you have a website built on Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Woo or the other websites compatible with Syncee (click here for full list), simply follow the instructions below:
1. Sign up to Syncee using this link.
2. You will be given a 14 day free trial where you’ll be able to use all of Syncee’s features.
3. Once signed in, you can choose to sync all of our products or just some to your store.
4. Once synced, our product descriptions, images, pricing and stock levels will all be updated automatically when we make changes. This ensures that you never sell products that are out of stock and you always have the most up to date information on your website.
5. When you make a sale, we ship your order out and tracking will be automatically uploaded to your store, where your customer will be notified.

The key to succeeding when dropshipping zero waste or eco friendly products is being able to trust the quality of what you’re selling. Typically, repeat customers make up 30% of an online store’s sales, so if your customer has a negative experience, they are much more unlikely to repeat purchase.

The short answer. That is really up to you.
We offer 25% commission on every order that is placed from an eco products dropshipper. So if you generate $10,000 in monthly sales, you’ll take $2,500 in profit. Simple.
Our commission is not flexible, but our pricing is. If you want to earn more from your orders, you can increase the price of our products at your discretion or decrease it to give the customer a better deal, it’s completely up to you.
Another way that you can earn more through your business is by purchasing from us at wholesale rates. Our wholesale prices are reserved for businesses that purchase in bulk upfront, but if you do purchase wholesale, then you can expect your margins to double to a minimum of 50%.
At Jungle Culture we offer both dropshipping and wholesale options. If you own or operate a physical shop then wholesale pricing allows you to buy in bulk, pay at a later date and maximise your profit margins so that you can run an effective business.
If you’re an online retailer, then both wholesale and dropshipping options may suit your needs. Wholesale customers will benefit from higher margins, the ability to rebrand our products with their logos and monthly sales/loyalty schemes.
Dropshipping partners receive lower margins, but do not need to worry about fulfilment, storage, stock management, packaging and many other things that are associated with running an online business.

Can I dropship customised products or white label products?
No, we do not offer any form of customisation for dropshipping. If you'd like to order custom products, we offer this service for bulk orders only.
Where are the products shipped from?
All of our orders are shipped from the UK.
Are orders tracked?
Orders shipped to the UK & USA are assigned tracking numbers. Orders shipped elsewhere (including the EU) are untracked and sent via standard post.
Can orders be shipped with packaging that has my logo on it or can I include an insert card?
No. Orders are shipped from our fulfilment centre and we do no offer any form of custom packaging. Orders cannot be customised in any way.
How much is shipping?
Shipping prices for dropshippers differ from our normal orders. Please check with Syncee to find out more. You can contact Syncee's support with any questions.
Delivery & Returns

Will my customers receive emails from you?
No. We will not have access to your customer's information. They will only receive the emails that you send them.

Can we provide certifications for products, such as animal cruelty or environmental certifications?
We do not provide these documents to dropshippers as they are easily edited and forged.
What are my margins?
We offer dropshippers a 15% discount on our products. For example, if a product is £10, you will pay £8.50. This means that excluding shipping, you will make a 15% margin.
However, you can manually edit your pricing to increase or decrease the price of the products you sell. Therefore, your margins can be less or more.

How does price syncing work?
All of our prices are synced to Syncee using an API. If we change the price, it will sync onto your store as well. This option can be enabled and disabled.
This also ensures that you never sell products that are out of stock, as if a product is out of stock on our store, that information will sync to your store as well.
Can I use your photos and videos for marketing?
Yes you can. If you navigate to our storefront on Syncee and read our about us details, you'll find a link to download them.
Can I sell your products on Amazon or other marketplaces?
No. Retailers who sell our products on any other marketplaces will be instantly blocked from purchasing. We use software that alerts us of any unauthorised third party sellers.
Do you offer samples?
You can purchase samples at a 15% discount.
Can I see your inventory levels?
No, we do not allow this option.
